To do this, I employ a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, compassion-based therapy, EMDR, and other modalities. As a mental health professional, I have experience working with individuals with a variety of diagnoses and treatment needs. I believe that improving our mental health is a collaborative process, and I'll work with you to create a personalized plan that meets your specific needs and goals.
